We have several volunteer positions available for volunteers at the Medicine of Cycling Conference. Volunteers do things like registration, setup, simulate a crashed rider, make airport runs, etc. While volunteering requires helping out quite a bit during the day, there is still plenty of time to take in some conference presentation and lots of networking possibilities with our attendees. Not to mention dinner at our infamous Saturday night dinner at the Marigold Cafe. We provide a pass to the conference and dinner for volunteers but do not provide housing or travel.
- Thursday August 13 - set up, prepare registration, airport runs
- Friday August 14 - set up, registration, MECC setup, Bike Fit University set up, play dead, bike fit model, etc.
- Saturday August 15 - set up, registration, MOC conference, Bike Fit setup, Bike Ride route leader, etc.
- Sunday August 16 - set up, registration, MOC conference, clean up, etc
Priority will be given to medical students, residents and fellows, but other interested parties are encouraged to apply via email to medofcycling (at) gmail (dot) com. Be sure to include the days you are available and your phone number.
